Cons: The Cambria called me at 520 stating they are going to cancel my room cause my card was invalid. I stated that I’m en route and selected to pay at the hotel so why are you running my card anyways. I arrived at the hotel and they said they were ready to cancel my room then proceed charge me 2 nights when I adjusted my reservation to 1 night. They blamed the whole thing on Booking and made it very uncomfortable

Pros: Convenience to PPG arena. We were in town for a Pittsburgh Penguins game Cons: Had issues with the shower in our room. Ran the water fir 10 minutes, still ice cold. Maintenance came up and ran it for another 10 and said it was just because the room hadn't been used for several days. The next morning the same thing. Ran the water for 15 minutes before it started to get Luke warm. Didn't realize we had to delay our day to accommodate for their water issues.
