Pros: 1. 不用五分鐘就可以走進地鐵14號線 2. 有飲水機可以使用，且可以有氣泡水 3. 員工親切，願意協助旅客處理各種問題，且很有禮貌，都會主動問好 Cons: 1. 希望在飲水機附近可以安裝一台微波爐讓入住者使用 2. 沒有付費的洗衣、乾衣機。其實可以用付費的洗衣、乾衣機讓旅客使用，價格比外面低廉一些，如兩歐，這應不僅便利旅客，也可以讓飯店有另一筆其他收入。
