Cons: Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because the room was not in an acceptable hygienic condition. The beds were clean, but the floor was dirty, with small pieces of debris and several cockroaches. The walls had black marks and red splashes that looked like blood stains, as you can also see in the photos. The receptionist did not offer us another room and told us to cancel the reservation and find another hotel, even though we had booked it two weeks in advance.
