The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again
Pros: Very clean, very comfortable. Great central location Cons: Our room was given away due to a late arrival (1am), despite having called two days prior and letting the staff know. Not sure what the mixup was but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a room (nicer than booked) and were happy.
There was no breakfast and the room was not clean
Clean and quiet
A good experience from start to finish :)
Pros: Your front staff is exceptional! I felt very welcomed and Ina was an absolute delight! After a long day of driving, she was a real breath of fresh air. The facility was clean, easy to find, and within walking distance of many businesses. Cons: N/a
I had trouble sleeping at this hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Free laundry. Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, ac was loud. Though the location is convenient when you’re coming back from downtown franklin you have to drive past the property and u-turn to get to it.
