Pros: The heritage feel of the building combined with the modern and quality decor and finishings - this hotel has an amazing atmosphere and ambiance. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most amazing customer service. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and when we arrived we were given a free room upgrade and walked into our room to find balloons and chocolate cake waiting for us.
