It was okay.
Pros: Very clean, staff are great to deal with, location is great, Cons: Air conditioning was barely serviceable. The hallways were colder than the room. Shower was on the weaker side

Room was great but customer service very bad
Pros: I loved the room and it is exactly what the picture shown and shower was excellent and very nice room Cons: I had a cancelled flight and it was virtually impossible to contact the hotel and they originally declined my change of date request and couldn't request again because it was cancelled by the hotel and I had to make 4 international calls and only one got through and was able to change my date. The biggest frustration that on booking com app there was availability for the same room. And no effort in making my stay better for the price i paid and the issues I encountered i was expect

Very convenient for overnight stay and so easy to get onto Kuala Lumpur if you want to see the sights at night
Pros: Good size room (not a capsule at all). Lovely facilities. Breakfast wasn’t as good as some as we’ve had Cons: I had booked a 12 hour over night but they then said it was for daytime only although they accepted my booking in time of 6pm-7pm. So I had to cancel and re book - which cost me more
