Very disenchanting experience
Pros: The hotel was clean Cons: The staff were rude and barely acknowledged us when we walked in after a day out. Check in was awkward after the receptionist insisted that we needed an address from the same country as where our passport (Irish) is issued despite explaining that we live in Spain. After a lot of tapping on her keyboard she agreed to make an exception for us. The swimming pool was closed at 8pm just as you needed to cool off after a day out. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Room was poorly thought out ie: nowhere to hang a towel near the bath or place products near

Great hotel in the city centre
Pros: The location was perfect and the staff were really friendly and helpful especially I loved the breakfast as Sonia is really kind and gave us great service! Thank you so much :)) Cons: The pool was smaller than I expected but okay for the city break
