Pros: The attitude of the hostess Melania, we left two days before the scheduled date due to a medical problem, Melania immediately agreed not to charge us for these 6 nights but only for 4 nights, and in general, we received everything we asked for. Cons: A quiet place within a 10-minute drive from the center of Sorrento

Our host, Melania, goes the extra mile for her guests. She made sure we had everything we needed.
Pros: It was nice because we could walk about 10 minutes to the shuttle bus ($3 per person) to take us to Sorrento Square and the ferry where we embarked on our cruises to Capri Island and Amalfi Island. You can't see the ocean from the apartment if you stay in a garden apt as we did, but once you step outside and start walking you have nothing but gorgeous views. Cons: We would have loved to be able to walk down to a public beach but having researched this I don't think this is a realistic expectation for Sorrento. Well equipped and perfect for a family of 4. The hosts made the experience exceptional. Since the location is not well served by public transport and we arrived very late in the evening, the host offered to pick us up and drop us off at the station. Also helped with restaurant and local sightseeing recommendations and bookings. Overall a great experience.
