I felt at home
Pros: The kindness of the staff, they were willing to help me with any need or concern. The facilities were very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and they were flexible in preparing a sandwich for me on the day I had to leave very early. It's my second time at the hotel and I would definitely come back :) Cons: A bit of light came in through the blinds and you could hear conversations from other rooms. I believe they should replace some of the towels, which are already worn out.

Pros: I loved everything, smiling and helpful staff, clean and nice hotel, the location is perfect for getting around Bogotá as it is central, close to all amenities
Pros: I loved everything, smiling and helpful staff, clean and nice hotel, the location is perfect for getting around Bogotá as it is central, close to all amenities. I loved our stay, and I will come back. The aesthetics are remarkable, from the gardens to the walls and a cute little patio that overlooked our room. The bathroom is very large and beautiful. Good bedding, bath towels provided, we were lent a very comfortable baby set with its little mattress. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly by an extremely kind lady. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect
