Pros: Aside from the free coffee in the morning and the location, I don't recommend this place. Cons: I hardly ever leave comments, but this time I have to. The room didn't have air conditioning, and when I tried to open the windows, only one would open. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have luggage, good luck carrying it up to the third floor. I don't recommend it at all. Good stay
Pros: We spent two nights at Casa Loma. The room and the bathroom were small but comfortable. It is well located near Alamo Park and with public transportation nearby. There is a free coffee machine at the reception. Cons: We could hear the neighbors talking because they had the window open (we didn't).
