The worst are the owners.
Pros: The apartment is new. The person who handed over the keys was very kind. Cons: The owners are the worst part of the experience. My baby had pneumonia and they did not change the reservation I had. They spoke to me in a very bad manner and blamed Booking when it is not true. Confirmed by Booking. The apartment is at the other end of the slopes and the village. Despite the apartment being new, the heating does not heat the rooms well. Lots of noise.
