Excellent!
Pros: Excellent location, on the 1st floor of the apartment building. We rented the apartment for 3 people, it has 2 separate bedrooms. The owner helped with bike rental. There is a grocery store directly below the house. Quick communication with the owner is possible. Cons: You need to bring a darkening curtain to cover the windows, as it gets very bright early in the summer.
The communication with the landlord was very good. The location was very good. But a little more attention could be paid

Cozy, clean apartment near the metro and supermarket. Thoughtful host made it feel like home.
Pros: Fantastic Copenhagen apartment! It’s very clean, cozy, and perfectly sized for a group of four. The location is excellent, with an 8-minute walk to the metro and a supermarket just downstairs. We loved how thoughtful the host was, from the fully stocked kitchen to the helpful little notes showing us where to put our things. Truly felt like home—highly recommend! Cons: We noticed a few ants in the bathroom, likely just coming from the plants outside, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
Very nice to come back and relax in the apartment, very cozy.
Pros: Very well laid out apartment with two real bedrooms and a living room, plus a nice terrace. Very quiet, and very accessible to the city center (close to the metro if needed, but we did everything easily on foot). The neighborhood is beautiful, clean, residential, with some restaurants for the evening and a supermarket at the foot of the apartment. Cons: Okay
