The service was disappointing, which made our stay uncomfortable and not worth the money we paid.

Pros: None Cons: The service was disappointing, making our stay uncomfortable and poor value for money. There were no active room cleaning services during our stay.Complimentary water was not replenished for the last two nights. Water bottles and coffee sachets were provided only on the first night. When we requested additional water, we were asked to purchase it from the vending machines. The towels were not changed despite our request. Overall, the lack of basic housekeeping services and amenities significantly affected our experience.

Nice view from a spacious room, but with deficiencies

Pros: -Friendly staff -Spacious room -Spectacular view overlooking the river -Appreciated being able to leave our bags before/after our stay -Good shower pressure Cons: -Room is quite dated -Had WIFI connectivity issues the whole four days -It would have been nice to have a mini fridge to keep our drinks cool (there was definitely space, just didn't have one) -Lack of outlets in appropriate spots -Sheets/"duvet" on the bed were weird. There wasn't a fitted sheet, and after a few hours of sleeping the sheets were all over the place (the "duvet" was a thin, cheap blanket) -Water pressur

Not a good experience!

Pros: Location Cons: Very old building, staff do not allow UberEats bring up the delivery to doors. Rooms did not have enough space. Old furniture, old TV. Smells like bathroom. I did not even use the shower or bath because it was very old and unpleasant
