Cons: Security told me they were too busy to help me look for my car in the parking garage. Had a recently broken hip hard to look. My sister called the next day and a security guard came to my room. 10 minutes later he let me know where my car was parked. My daughter was cornered in a stairwell by 3 security guards telling her she wasn't a guest there and harassing her. She finally just left and then once she was outside walking passed out and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. Where she stayed for a day and half. I'd never stay there again after paying as much as I did for my room and the

Pros: Camere pulite, arredamento semplice, ottima posizione. Lo staff che si occupava del deposito bagagli era davvero gentilissimo e molto disponibile a differenza dei receptionist. Cons: Non hanno servizi basilari come le ciabatte (quale hotel 4 stelle non ha delle semplici ciabatte da hotel?) In piu i receptionist non mi sono piaciuti, nonostante non ci fosse nessuno alle reception ci hanno chiesto di fare da sole il self check out con le macchinette all’ingresso ( molto semplici da ultizzare, ma dopo una lunga giornata non sempre si ha voglia di fare il lavoro altrui).

Pros: Location was perfect, the adult pool and its wonderful staff, the rooftop view,, the bar (very friendly and efficient bartender), the Filipino concierge who helped us get a taxi for the airport Cons: The receptionist who checked us in insisted I had a single bed and wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars to get a bed for me and my partner. I had to show the details of my booking that says I have a queen bed. Lacks basic amenities like toothpaste, slippers. At first they said some amenities are only reserved for the richer clients on x floor. Then they promised they'd send slippers anyway.
