Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I would probably stay here again if they cheer it up..
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the ancient Otis elevator. It gave the facility charm. Keep that as long as it is practically functional! The hotel is near eating and dining options - short walk or drive. Staff was friendly. It's a convenient drive between San Jose and Mountain View. Cons: The room could use more towels. The room could use more abstract paintings or photos or color, something. It felt like a bleak undecorated dormitory, to be honest. Return of the deposit should be quick, not days. Pros: Cherry Orchard is a clean, well maintained hotel with useful amenities and great location. Vic (the manager) does an excellent job running a team smoothly, so that everything feels seamless for your stay. Thank you, Vic and team! It is always great to come back at Cherry Orchard! Cons: There aren’t any dislikes about the property at this time, maybe just a suggestion: please replace the pillows with higher quality ones. The existing pillows have run their course.
