Poor value, small and cramped with poor design, unfriendly and unhelpful staff

Pros: Games in the lobby Cons: Extremely small rooms for the price. Toilet and shower are in a tight glass box in the central part of the room. The bed is bordered on three sides by walls, so the person sleeping near the window has to climb over their partner. Supposedly tech-forward, but the iPads didn't work in one of our rooms (and for many other patrons as judged by how many asked the humans in the lobby to schedule housekeeping because their tablets didn't work). We were dissatisfied and wanted to cancel the rest of our stay, but were required to stay for one of the three nights we booke

Cons: Coffe maker in the room

Pros: The modern high tech room Cons: Staff not keeping outside noise in control. A car with multiple people were playing loud music at 3 am in the morning.

Pleasant and disappointed!

Pros: Always clean and nice ambiance throughout the hotel! Cons: We couldn’t extend our stay for the same rate which was ridiculous! It’s the only thing that bothered us!
