The stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend
The stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. The staff goes above & beyond for guests. Traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. So many places to walk & eat. My girlfriend's phone fell underneath the bed & had to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us.

Staff went above and beyond
Staff went above and beyond. I was in Paris with my husband and another couple. The 4 of us were impressed with the hospitality of the staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We have been trying to contact the property since the first day, but they have neither responded to our messages nor taken them seriously
We have been trying to contact the property since the first day, but they have neither responded to our messages nor taken them seriously. My problem is that the airline canceled our flight at the last minute, so we couldn't travel to the country. For this reason, I'm requesting the cancellation of my reservation. However, I haven't received any response from either the property or Expedia. Today is the 6th day.
