Well located, close to Metro Station
Pros: Well located, close to the Metro station. Cons: It looks like a new company owns the hotel. I suppose they are still transitioning. For example there is no way to contact the front desk from your room. You need to leave your room if need to talk to somebody.
Spacious room and friendly staff, but the service, breakfast, security arrangements and some aspects
Pros: The room was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. There was plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The nearest metro station was within walking distance. Cons: In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property. I did not notice any security cameras, and the elevators could be accessed without a guest key card, which raised some concerns about security. The reception desk was also frequently unattended. Breakfast was quite limited and repetitive. During the last two days
