Poor service
Pros: I didn't like anything Cons: I was in the bathroom when someone opened my bedroom door. I screamed and they apologized, whether it was another visitor or the cleaning staff. Unacceptable, I ordered room service over the phone, and the food took an hour to arrive. A standard cheeseburger and chips, and guess what, it came cold. The blueberry cheesecake seemed like it came out of a freezer. Complete waste of money if you ask me.

Bad hospitality
Pros: I did not like anything Cons: I was in the bathroom room and someone opened my bedroom door.i screamed and they apologized where it was another visitor or the cleaning staff. Unacceptable, I ordered room service over the phone, the food took a hour before it came. A standard cheese burger and chips and guess what it came cold. The blueberry cheese like was like it came out of a freezer. Complete waste of money if you ask me.
