Do not trust the reviews about this hotel, especially not the Indonesian ones. They all seem to be fake. No Indonesians stay there because it's way too expensive. The 'villas' are all moldy and the furniture is old and worn out. The bedding is always damp and the bedroom smells like a toilet :( Another villa offered to us had the same problem. However, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The photos on the website are not true to reality, they must have been taken during the construction of the complex, which must have been very good, but now needs a complete renovation: dirty sheets and towels, mold in the bathrooms, torn sofa, damaged furniture... Only the bedding was decent.

There were ants on my bed
There were ants on my bed. The staff changed the bed sheets, but there were still ants. The room was really dirty. Someone had smoked and left ashes on the side of the window. The building is very badly maintained. There was mold everywhere. I put my suitcase against the wall and it became white. The window didn't have a safety bolt. When I asked for a refund they refused. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
The hotel is almost abandoned
The hotel is almost abandoned. We had the impression that no maintenance is being done. The room was dirty. The positive thing is that the staff was very kind and smiling. It was probably a beautiful hotel complex in the past, but now it's left to itself.
