From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around
From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around. A/C issue and they had a guy there 5 min after I checked in to solve issue. Front desk staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will return if attending another Roger’s event 100%

Staff were very friendly and helpful
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced my fridge when I mentioned it was leaking water, always asked if I needed anything. Hotel is conveniently located by train and bus, though many things are walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The rooms themselves are small and outdated, but for the price it was reasonable. Good for a quick 1 night stay
