Pros: The receptionists are very attentive, the place is beautiful and easily accessible for those arriving in Puerto Iguazu from the airport. Cons: The room we stayed in had infiltration on the walls and a urine odor in the bathroom. Not to mention the strong smell of cigarette that even impregnated the pajamas. Bedding was stained and torn. There were no non-smoking rooms available.
Pros: Beautiful place, spacious and clean. Cons: The bathroom extractor caused a beautiful mess 🤣🤣 and you could hear the noise from the next-door apartment.
Complex to enjoy several days in Misiones.

Cons: From my point of view of what was experienced: - We requested a double bed and were given 2 single beds. - They forgot to leave us towels in the room repeatedly. - The breakfast served food of mediocre quality: hard croissants, soggy bread, among other things. The variety was there but the quality was not good and made it difficult to eat. - The rest of the hotel varies greatly in quality, we had the opportunity to eat spicy food which we requested to change, as well as tasteless meals.
