Staff were incredibly helpful, beautiful hotel in a great location.
Pros: Great location, apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. Cons: I couldn’t fault our stay, I wish we stayed longer.

Clean and comfortable in a nice spot in Rome.
Pros: Comfortable and clean. Staff on WhatsApp seemed friendly - this apartment was separate from the hotel. Cons: The apartment was not near the hotel. A lot of steps leading to the apartment. “Complimentary mini bar” were a few biscuits and 3 bottles of water. Not sure it needed to be called out as complimentary. I wasn’t expecting anything to begin with but a few bottles of water would be minimum I think. Musty smell in the apartment and did not feel like it was 4 stars. Initially staff were going to meet us to help with bags but then told us to self check-in. We went to the wrong building
