Best hotel and best restaurant in Japan

We visited China Blue and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent food. What made the experience truly special, however, was the outstanding service. Ogawa-san and Ebata-san were exceptional. Their care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all expectations. They looked after us so thoughtfully and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you both for creating such a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended! Also the room. Incredible no hair, no dust best room I have in my entire my life. Luxury in the Heart of Tokyo - Taking it All In

We were hesitant to fly to Japan after my husband had a medical condition but after communicating with Neil the GM and Kanno san my mind was put at ease and we proceeded with the trip. What a great decision! It was like all of our worries just melted when we walked into the room. Some reviews mentioned the lounge is smaller than other properties, only has cold food and no sweets. Think about it - you are fortunate enough visit a lounge at a luxury property and enjoy the complimentary food served by incredible people like Harunna. Top hotel in Tokyo

Beautiful upscale hotel with lots of friendly service personnel. The breakfast in the main restaurant and executive lounge are wonderful. The cocktail hour in the executive lounge is basic and more could be done with the food but the staff is excellent. The desk staff and the executive floor staff are wonderful. A definite repeat hotel
