Good service, and view, horrible room conditions

Pros: They were very helpful with the dates that were mixed booked the wrong date and they were able to give me credit for the day I actually stayed. Cons: The place smelled like cigarettes, couches were nasty and ripped. The bathtub was dirty and so were the floors, walls, and bathroom sink. Although the view was nice the deck needs some work and the chairs outside were falling apart. At night there was smoke coming from outside from other neighbors. The pice was too high for what the room offered.

Perfect for what we needed. I would come back

This is a den of thieves and iniquity.

Pros: I had stayed at this place once before with my kids and we had an OK time. The best part is the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Cons: The second (and last) time I booked a stay here, I was assigned a room that smelled like it had been completely drenched in urine. I got assigned to a different room, but it wasn't updated in the system right away and the staff gave someone else access to the space where my belongings were being kept. I found out about this because a potentially crazy lady crept up behind me when I was coming back to the room, claimed the site staff gave

Horrible customer service.

Pros: The location was close to downtown. Cons: There was no one in the lobby when we were trying to check in. We waited for over 25 minutes and called 5 times before someone showed up and then there was no apology. And the whole place is very dinghy. I couldn’t take my shoes off in our room.
