Horrible customer service.
Pros: The location was close to downtown. Cons: There was no one in the lobby when we were trying to check in. We waited for over 25 minutes and called 5 times before someone showed up and then there was no apology. And the whole place is very dinghy. I couldn’t take my shoes off in our room.

Pros: Pretty decent & pleasant staff. Cons: The Roku TV remote was missing and the universal remote didn't work on the Roku, only local TV. The heater was way too loud. Had to turn it off to get any sleep. The phone did not work - was completely dead so we had to walk to lobby anytime we had to communicate with staff. The quite-dated carpets, upholstery & especially the curtains were stained & filthy. The bathroom was decent. The beds were unacceptably uncomfortable for us. I could deal with one of the beds, which was still hard as a rock. My husband tossed & turned all 3 nights. I thi

Pros: Location and size of the suite. Cons: Dusty on top of the bedroom mirror. Extremely outdated. The bed was not comfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell. The inside door safety lock was broken. The entrance door stuck and was hard to open. The window seal in the bedroom was caked with dirt.
