- La habitación, muy cómoda. Estaba separada en habitación y una pequeña sala de estar, ambas con tv. Olía muy bien y estaba muy limpia. - La piscina, excelente.

Wonderful!
Pros: The staff was amazing, especially the front desk and the bartenders. Marie and Veronica, I know her name began with a V. They both were so fun and made our short stay exceptional. Cons: Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

Rude Overwhelmed night auditer
The night auditor at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and clearly not suited for customer service. He gave incorrect information about the hotel and responded with a snarky attitude when asked for a copy of the folio. He stares down at the customer and grunted his answers, showing blatant disrespect. He seriously needs a new line of work.
