Pros: The house was fine and fortunately all the important things-beds and kitchen were clean. The house was equipped with all we needed Cons: This house urgently needs a deep clean. All paint work, skirting boards, door frames etc were thick either dust and filthy.

Pros: The decor and amenities were good. Cons: Couldn't find the lock box for the house key. When found behind the bin, there were 2! In the dark and pouring rain this made it stressful. In both bedrooms and the ensuite bathroom, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. In the ensuite there were plenty of cobwebs and the extractor fan looked dirty and had a very strange noise.

Beautiful large house. Everything you need within walking distance. Would stay again!

The house is beautifully designed and laid out. Perfect for our group pf 5 who needed to stay in the area for our project. Shops are easy to get to and the area feels really safe in general. The parking is really simple, we just had to pay ourselves initially and then submit the confirmation receipt and it was reimbursed within a few days.

Pros: Value for money. All facilities were quite new. Had everything we needed. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Sainsburys Local within 100 yards. Small cafe within 50 yards. Bus stop within 100 yards. City centre 16 minutes walk, 5 minutes on bus. Good wifi. Although surroundings weren't the best it was a very quiet area. Cons: One of the handles of the ensuite bathroom window is broken off. Draughty when windy. Rear yard to property could be smartened up. Surrounding area is run down and uncared for.
