Not satisfied at all.
Pros: The staff were very nice and welcoming. Cons: When we walked into the room it had a stale smell to it, definitely didn’t have a clean smell at all. As we got to looking around, the curtains in the room was disgusting, stains everywhere and wouldn’t even close all the way. The carpet had a wet feeling to it, which definitely didn’t feel clean at all. Went to give my three year old a bath and had to clean the bathtub before I could even put him in there. You couldn’t even take a bath if you wanted to, shower only. Fast forward to getting in bed, there was what felt like sand in the sheets

Disappointing
Pros: The side of the room Cons: There was scratches on the floor. The bathroom had mole. The pool was dirty and they didn’t have a way of cleaning the pool. The staff was very rude, especially that Indian lady with the pretty eyes. She was very rude and unprofessional. I did not stay the whole night. I left after four hours from when I checked in.
