Pros: This property should not be advertised as suitable accommodation in its current condition. The place was extremely filthy, with a horrific smell of what appeared to be mould, dust and years of accumulated dirt. There were spider webs and large spiders everywhere, as well as numerous bugs. Rust, mould and grime were visible throughout the property. What was particularly misleading was that the photos shown on the app appear to be of the upstairs apartment, where the owner lives. However, the accommodation we were actually taken to was a basement. The entrance had a rusted, damaged door
