We enjoyed eating out on the patio - service was great.
Pros: We only ate afternoon appies and dinner at the hotel but were very happy with the menu and presentation of the food. In fact, I would love it if the chef would be kind enough to share his recipe for the eggplant dip - that really was delicious.
Cons: For me, and I know this is not really fixable, the HVAC system was very difficult to live with - the air was dry and overheated, a problem unfortunately endemic in hotels and other facilities.

We like to stay here when in Edmonton.
Pros: Basic but good.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like. But we believe we accidentally booked Jun 23-24 twice. We were charged twice for it. When we arrived the receptionist told us that we had TWO rooms booked. VISA shows two payments for this date. Could we get a refund for one of them.
