Overall, great stay.
Pros: Close to Fisherman’s Wharf and shopping Cons: Petty, but the pillows were hard, not enough water pressure.

Pros: size of room, staff at arrival (Sara) super friendly and helpful, rest were ok but nothing special. Location is very good, if you want to be in the area. We had to leave half-day earlier and they took this off from our charge which was super kind Cons: Room coud use a refurbishment, bathroom is partly renovated and in good condition overall. We found hair in the bathroom in both our rooms when we arrived, the following days there was no other incident. There was significant noise from the street on Saturday evening but it was quiet the following days.
