Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities and room were clean! The hotel is in a really great spot in downtown, there were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the Metro is a few blocks from the hotel too! Cons: N/a

Pros: Very clean inside and out … Staff very helpful Cons: Everyone checking out at same time , we had to pass twice on elevator being full , third time a charm , although we tried to leave early . But that’s business
