Hotel good, DTLA is a complete dump
Went to LA with my son to take in a Dodgers game. Perfect spot for this type of visit. Hotel is clean, staff is solid, overall a great stay. Spent most of our time in Beverly Hills for dinners, etc. Only a $45 Uber ride. Walked downtown every morning and I have to say, LA is a complete and total dump. I hadn’t been there in 20 years and outside Seattle, it is the most sad and disgusting place I’ve been in years. Really depressing. So, while the hotel is fine, I’d stay in BH because downtown is truly a pit.

First visit
Arrived very early in the morning. Keith was able to get me checked in quickly so I could get some sleep before my early morning agenda. The bed was very comfortable, and the workspace in the room was perfect for getting stuff done. If I'm in the area again, this will be my hotel of choice. This location is highly recommended!

Great location, but the rest could use work
Pros: Location is prime, so close to the arena and convention center. The credit at the food bar is great. Cons: Low water pressure, weird room configuration, some of the usb plugs don’t really charge well (use direct wall plugs), strange print design on wall, towels are pretty flimsy, I had 3 people listed and I had to ask for sheets and blankets for pull out couch, thin blankets, and they don’t serve food after 9:30 even though the TV hotel guide and one of the signs say 10pm… sucks when your family is tired and hungry.
