Room and hotel service great but kitchen & bar not so great
Pros: The room was great and the check in/out reception staff was great. Cons: I did not like the service in the kitchen/bar as we waited over 45 minutes for a mojito drink with a constant 'it will ready in 2 minutes' which turned into a 45-minute wait. They didn’t serve the starter until AFTER the main menu and only when we asked for an update on the starter (Loaded nachos). By the time all the food came, we were still waiting for our drink, which we were not happy with the long wait. The excuse we had was that there was only 1 bar staff that could make the drink and yet he was at the till st

Nice, good food and atmosphere.
Pros: Good location and bus stop outside. Cons: There was only one lift working so it was complicated to get up to the bedroom floor.
