Pros: The room was nice and quirky Cons: The reception staff on arrival was rude rolling her eyes. Although the room was cute, it was annoying that if someone wanted a shower it lit up the bedroom too.

Weekend getaway

Pros: The staff was very professional and courteous. Valet services were exceptionally convenient. Room was perfect. Cons: Everything was perfect.

Room was ready upon checkin, clean, AC ran great, minimal hallway noise. Staff was friendly.

Perfect hotel is you don't like sleeping.

If you don't want to sleep, this is the place for you! Our room, and many of the rooms, are directly across from a club that is incredibly loud. When I complained and requested a room change it was "sorry, nothing we can do". A lot of money for for a night of pounding music, people screaming, and cars gunning their engines and blasting music so loud we thought it was in our room. This is not the French Quarter, but don't think that you'll have any peace and quiet.
