Overall since it’s only an overnight stay I could recommend to stay here due to the location but they could do better.

Pros: Very convenient for an overnight flight to the next morning flight. Location very closed by. Some staffs like George Dallas was very helpful and one gentleman couldn’t remember his name was very attentive when I was looking for a sandwich at the lobby. Cons: Upon arrival in the room water haven’t place yet even though the receptionist says the room was ready. No shampoo dispenser in the shower. Requested for a slipper which is never came to the room. The room attendant came to the room to delivered water and when I checked if she brings the slippers unfortunately she has no idea and sayi

Very good but could be better.

Pros: Very close to JFK airport. 24/7 hotel shuttle service. Cons: The staff member at the desk at 3:20 am on Tuesday ( Oct 13) was not in a good mood. I asked for a receipt of my night stay and he said he was too busy for it. I should get it in an email. Which I still haven’t received.

Pros: Shuttle to the airport upon departure. Easy and fast. Cons: Room could have been quieter. Lots of noise from traffic below. Shuttle from the airport was chaotic. Too many people wanted to go and not enough room.

Served out needs for an overnight before getting on another flight. Staff was very friendly.

Pros: Shuttle and onsite bar after our 24 hour travel event Cons: no complaints - but we were back in NYC after drinking wine in Sicily - sticker shock
