Outstanding service and property.
Newly renovated property. Sparkling and up to date and super clean. Staff hospitality is pleasantly warm and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Gym equipped with brand new equipment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing bargain
Staff were all lovely. Yes the hotel is being renovated, but it was quiet and comfortable Our room was recently updated and it was comfortable and VERY quiet! Breakfast was pretty good in the little cafe. I loved being on the 2nd floor near the laundry. So convenient! Uses your credit card, $5 was and $5 for a 60 minute dry Fitness center was also on the 2nd floor and had a lot of equipment The liquor store next door is a HUGE ripoff. So don’t even think about going there The Sixt across the street is open from 10 -3 daily and offers vehicles for $25 a day. Very easy process.
Great location
Great location right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf and even if you're into all that tourist trap stuff it's a great starting point for long walks to the Golden Gate Bridge and other SF neighborhoods. Staff was very accomodating and friendly and helpful with some suggestions.
Nice hotel
Nice and clean rooms. Staff is nice. Being member you get option for $20 food item. Courteous staff and everything is near by
