Pros: Good location, tidy Cons: Cold shower, real difficulty contacting the owners

I did not sleep at the accomodation as I felt very threatenend by the house rules

Pros: I only liked the security to get into parking Cons: I felt the rules were so draconian and I was not comfortable sleeping in the place. The rules felt very threatening. How can I lose my deposit by parking in a wrong bay? The bays were not clearly marked and very confusing. The elevator smelt of weed and the rules threatenend me of drug use in the property. The window blinds were so old and coming off the clips and I felt I might lose my deposit of that. The bathroom was dimly lit and not bright at all. I did not sleep in the place only let my son and uncle to sleep and I drove back to L

The property was excellent value for money and in a prime location, we will definitely be using it again

Pros: The property was clean and spacious Cons: Could do with a lick of paint in places

We enter the building around 4am this morning and we are asked to check out by 11am.the service was zero I request part

Pros: I didn’t like anything at all the service was zero. Hot water not working at all Cons: Zero rate

Think twice before booking

Pros: It was close to the city centre Cons: The communication was rude, I contacted to find out where the parking was, I was told to look for a number which was parked over and work my own way around to find the parking bay. It could easily be pointed out. I asked at least three times regarding how to close the blinds for the velux windows, but noone got back to me. Hardly had any sleep due to the light in the rooms. Would rather someone communicated, very very disappointed.
