Perfect stay!
The stay was about perfect. We had flown from Europe and were exhausted. Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Just perfect. Club breakfast was exceptional with wonderful bacon, eggs, rolls, fruit and coffee choices. I would strongly recommend.

I immediately gathered my things and went to front desk where i was told i could be giving another room but not a refund . Asked to speak to higher ups and the lady posing as the manger claims no one is over her for ke to speak with . This was so exhausting from driving 3 hours then dealing with this then having to find other accommodations for the night . This place is disgusting and the health department wil
