Special thanks to Elena who helped me with a last minute booking for the Forbidden City and made my stay just more pleasant in general. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast from 6 am untill 10:30 am was also quite generous.

Had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was exceedingly warm and accommodating, including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice gym and pool. Large variety at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, a very positive experience that we always remember.
Pros: We received a prompt and excellent response from the staff and the deputy manager Sylvie and Fancy. A genuinely caring , high level service when it mattered most. Cons: Nothing in particular to highlight.
