Horrible Hospitality and False advertisement
Pros: I Ike how close it was to everything Cons: The staff was not attentive to our requests and when asked for towels it’s either not cleaned yet or there’s none. One staff told us we have to pick it up front but the others said we didn’t have to. First day, our room shower did not have a cold setting, it was only HOT WATER , The light went out in the bathroom and the AC was not blowing cold air. when asked to switch rooms the first day they said they’ll send someone to “FIX” it. Maintenance guy was very patient and he fixed PARTIAL of the issue but our whole stay was not as welcoming as I th
