No hotel at address, phone number just has options then states a website and hangs up.

Mould is starting to build up in the shower. I have stayed here in the past - this will be my last time. Car park no longer free - £8 per day.

No room available, despite booking!
Absolute shambles! Arrived and tried to check in, only to be told that our booking had been cancelled and we’d been told (obviously we hadn’t been, or we wouldn’t have tried to check in!!). Told it was cancelled by hotels.com, and the hotel was now fully booked, with no rooms available. Had to find another hotel, otherwise we were stranded in Derby. Had no choice but to pay significantly more for the night at another hotel. Spoke to hotels.com who confirmed they didn’t cancel the booking, and it was still live on their system. It was still showing as booked on my account as well. Clearly the h
