Everything is good except constant tobacco smell in the bathroom and weak AC

Pros: Good location - not too far from the Summer Palace and Tsinghua university. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Pretty good gym, free laundry and a good restaurant in hotel. Cons: There was a constant smoke smell in the bathroom. Some other visitors were smoking all the time in their bathrooms and smoke smell propagated everywhere despite non-smoke policy. Also the room was hot - AC was weak and could not cool down the room.

Pros: 위치가 좋았고 호텔 방도 청결하고 넓어서 좋았다. Cons: 아침이 매우 아쉬웠다. 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 너무 적었다.

The staff at the hotel was really welcoming and warm and we spoke both Chinese and English !

The amenities of the room were beyond what I expected and matched the price I paid and the cleaners care was obvious with the folding of the bed and towels and the way my personal items were nicely put away

We loved this hotel very much!

Pros: The receptionist, Hannah, was super welcoming and helpful. She gave us an upgrade and the room we had was big!! It was such a beautiful surprise and glad we changed hotel for just a couple of nights (because of the pool and spa facilities). It was such a nice room and hotel layout, shower was powerful, everything was clean and super comfy. I loved all of it, breakfast was amazing!! And also the gym, pool and the spa was just so good! This has been the best hotel we’ve been to, and we have been to many!! Cons: There wasn’t anything not to like.. everything was perfect!
