The hotel itself is really nice and a great location, but be mindful of the homeless population.

Pros: I really liked how clean it was and how safe the hotel felt, even though the neighborhood feels a little scary for two women. The music scene around the area is really cool, and the hotel is close enough to these venues to feel safe. The price is good for the location, and the safety is really nice. They are like a mini safe place in a really unsafe part of town. The staff are really nice and are very helpful. Cons: The location isn't safe for people walking around at night, at least unless you're in a large group. We stopped walking to the Colorado Convention Center after 2 days because

Pros: Relative nähe zum Civic Center Cons: Die Gegend, überall Drogenleute und Kaputte Typen. Man hat es von außen neu gestrichen aber gleichzeitig nen hohen Zaun drum gebaut das sagt alles. Frühstück war zwar inbegriffen aber das was angeboten war, da verzichtet man dann lieber freiwillig drauf.

Cons: The "continental breakfast" was some very basic items and cup of noodles, of which you could only have one. No waffles, potatoes, eggs, bacon, etc. If you're looking for that kind of breakfast don't stay here.

Pros: The bed was ok. The room was fairly clean. Cons: Very small bathroom. Outside noise at night is horrible. The breakfast space definitely needs a deep cleaning. The light fixtures in the breakfast area literally look like they were dipped in dirt. Windows and front door was very disgusting looking. Haven't been cleaned in years it looks like.
