The hotel.shuttlw was super late. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms but the bath towel had in a big hole. The bed was comfortable the TV could have done with a little better size and the toilet was kinda to low. I would stay here again despite these minor issue.
The staff was great helpful and friendly the area around the hotel was not bad wasn’t the best but the hotel itself was good and I said the staff was really wonderful
We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle service to Fed. Cir., which worked well--friendly driver. The hotel itself is situated in a ghetto-looking neighborhood with graffiti, noise (deafeningly-loud rap music blasting from car being repaired outside hole-in-the-wall garage), and garbage-strewn streets. I realize that prices are higher in NYC, but for the $120.00 price range, we were expecting more. Walls inside and out of the rooms need paint over spackling repairs--shabby appearance overall. Service is par for fast-paced (little-time-for-you) NYC--not what we experienced in the Azo
I will never use expedia again. you placed us in the middle of a Mad Max movie!!!!!I have never experienced such a totally bad area. Shame on you!!! You SUCK!!!!!This hotel may as well have been located on the island of Jamaica...after a hurricane!!!!!!
