Pros: Close to EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN. Cons: Carpets in hallway to rooms were extremely dirty, hoping that it's from Rodeo people as there was sawdust and dirt on multiple floors. Transients all over the entrance begging for smokes.

Pros: The fitness center Cons: Lots of homeless people at the entrance and garage. We had to request a few items and it took longer than usual and had to call them twice. They didn’t clean the room daily and had to call the service line for it.
Extreme noise from construction + not very clean, but good location
Pros: Location is really central. The concept of the size of the room is excellent. Very comfortable bed! No noise from other rooms. Cons: There were extreme (I am mean extreme!) noise from construction site, starting at 7am. We had an executive room which assumes working and resting, neither of which was possible. We complained twice - they did not even bother to write down the room number and support this issue, they said: come later. When we checked-out, we mention it again, and the response was "we cannot do it anything about it" - they did not offer any compensation. The room was not re
