Pros: The receptionist was very helpful and very polite. Cons: Dirty dishes left near water machine, the breakfast was overcooked and the egg was well I can't explain it.

Pros: Location and ease of use. Cons: They did email me to say that the fully accessible room was not available, but gave a room that was very acceptable.
A great location and kind receptionist, but the lack of housekeeping was disappointing.
Pros: I chose this hotel because of its good reputation and central location. Many places in Swansea are within walking distance, so I did not need a car. The woman at reception was also very kind and tried to help me with my luggage. Cons: I was surprised that there was no luggage assistance. My main disappointment was the housekeeping. On two days, I left in the morning and returned in the evening to find that my room had not been cleaned or tidied. I raised this with the staff, but it affected my stay. So disappointed
Pros: Location to venue was great. Parking at hotel. Cons: Cleanliness of room. Cobwebs everywhere. Sheets not clean. Shower/Bath plug had mass of dark long hair, we didn't use it as so disgusting. When we arrived back from the venue, there were kids in the carpark, it was scary. The hotel doors were open and anyone could walk in. Left at 5.30am to go to work, no one at reception then walked out of open hotel doors, no security on site, homeless people in carpark, made it a scary place to get to your car. Would never stay there again.
