Beautiful Hotel - Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are beautiful, it has easy access to all of all the places you would want to visit and is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Cons: Our stay got off to a very disappointing start. Upon check-in, we were allocated two rooms, one of which had clearly not been cleaned or prepared for arriving guests. We had to return to reception to have the issue resolved, and were then reassigned to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room turned out to be even worse. Throughout the entire night, there was an incredibly loud, constant mechanical noise that sounded as though heavy machinery was operating non-stop. Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Demetra in Rome was very disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered that the room was not properly prepared. There were no bathroom amenities, and there was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room. For a 4-star hotel, I believe these are basic amenities that guests should expect. The biggest disappointment, however, was the attitude of the Front Office Manager. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue professionally, he behaved in an arrogant manner and repeatedly stated that only he and the General Manager make the decisions.
