Pros: I do not recommend it. I could not use the service and they charged me for it even though I never used it. Cons: We were coming from a long trip, had a 7-hour wait at the airport (we thought of resting at this accommodation) before the last flight from Santiago to Puerto Montt. We agreed on check-in at 12, and I called at 12:30, and the lady mentioned they were cleaning and it would take another hour to get it ready. After that, she didn't answer the phone, and we decided to cancel the reservation, but she still charged us the full amount as if we had used the service. There was no compl

Ideal for long layovers in Chile

Pros: Comfortable apartment, very close to SCL airport. We only stayed a few hours at night for a 13-hour layover. It is ideal for this. Good communication from the host, smooth check-in. Cons: It was very good, the only thing to highlight is that it should be mentioned in advance or in the listing that payment is only in cash and in local currency. Being tourists, this can be complicated if you are caught off guard. Everything else was excellent.
