Pros: Location. Reception desk was excellent especially Jimena was very helpful. Cons: Toilets not properly finished. Missing piece on the ceiling. Foul smell in the corridor. No cups/milk provided in the room

Great hotel, value for money, great staff, clean, good breakfast, would definitely stay again.
Pros: The King Suite was very comfortable and we had to pay for an extra bed since our daughter was with us. Quite spacious. The breakfast was very good but lacked variation over the 6 days we were there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially almost everyone at the concierge, specially Banchero Tang. The reception staff were excellent and professional as well and spoke English quite well, except for 1 gentleman who was there early morning. We arrived at 6 AM and they were nice enough to give us an early check-in at 11AM. There's a medium sized mall called Rainbow mall right next
