Hotel was very nice and was conveniently located to where we needed to be. Enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well kept. It exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly. Cons: Maybe a microwave in the room.

Older place that could use some upkeep and better staffing at the front desk check in

Pros: I like that we had a balcony in the room to the outside and not the inside as it was quieter. Also the staff was pleasant and nice even though the Hilton Double tree was too cheap to have it propertly staffed on busy check in times and days between 3-6 pm on a fully booked hotel. The front desk lady was great answering the phones, walky and checking people in, slowly, but it did finally move along. Took 30 minutes to check in with 10 people waiting for one person. Not a manager name in the signage as they likely don't want to be known and hiding in the back. The hotel is large and fo

Our group had a great experience at this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Pros: Excellent front desk staff. We enjoyed the free shuttle to a concert nearby. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Pillows were too flat, I woke up with neck aches.
